  Been a member almost a year . Always clean staff is always attentive to members. Price is great equipment always in great shape .They even let me freeze my membership when I’m away. Juice bar is great.

  Retro has a good price if you’re in for a long term commitment. I am not thrilled with their facility. In 2017 they upgraded their treadmills on the main floor and they’re horrible. They no longer have tv available, they are extremely unresponsive and are far from user friendly. Their movie room has the old treadmills I prefer but half of them the track skips while working out.
  
  When I was in early Jan 2018 they had a roof leak that was unaddressed dripping on the floor.
  
  I rate Retro in Ramsey 2.5 stars (round up to 3). Fyi entering and exiting this location from route 17 is extremely dangerous, take it slow and be safe. I also want to mention the staff is very friendly and attentive.
