  Called to verify the package that I was expecting was delivered to the store since it stated so on their tracking website. I didn't want to waste ANOTHER TRIP. The rep told me he didn't know if it was there nor when he would get it. He was very rude and gave me such attitude. Like I was interrogating him and his business and he was on the defensive. Spoke to 4 FedEx reps at their main number besides the store rep and they all had major attitude problems. No customer service to speak of.
